Store Policy

Processing Times: Orders will now be processed for shipment within 7- 10 business days after purchase. 

Shipping Policies: We have decided to update our shipping policies due to the increasing amount of orders coming through. Please keep in mind that our products are hand made in small batches to ensure quality and effectiveness. We cannot rush the process.

Please make sure you read our store policy before you place your order.

Due to Large volume of orders and the nature of our products, processing time is now 7-10 business days (This may take longer during sale period or holiday season) 

Once your order is picked up by the post office, it takes 3-5 business days to receive in the mail. Tracking numbers will be provided days in advance before it actually ships out. This is to make sure we got every order right. Orders will be packed and shipped batch by batch. Customers shipping dates may vary due to the high volume of customers and high demand on each item.  Please allow this time frame before contacting us. Our company DO NOT PROVIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING during High volume order season, sale event or holiday season.

Please allow Extra 7 business days if you order during a sale event or holiday season.

Shipping Delays;
It is in your best interest to not wait until last minute to place your orders. If you have a deadline or a specific time frame for when you would like your order available, please order in advance to give room for unanticipated delays.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays.
Please bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating processing and shipping times.
We entrust our shipping carrier for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs. 
You will get an email with your tracking number when your order is ready to ship.
Note that your tracking may not show progress for some days because we create labels several days in advance prior to taking them to the post office. THIS IS NORMAL. It gives us time to gather several orders to ship at once, and then double check each piece for accuracy and to avoid mistakes.

All orders are shipped via USPS DHL or UPS with tracking. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped and scanned in by USPS,DHL or UPS. However, all packages (except standard/economy shipping) are shipped with insurance and we are happy to help you file a claim. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once additional shipping costs have been paid for the new shipment. A lost package due to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer. 

We offer Route Protection Insurance at checkout which covers lost, stolen and damaged packages. If you decline this coverage, you waive your protection in the instance that the shipping carrier does not assume liability and provide reimbursement for a lost, stolen or damaged package. 

International order are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL. If import duties are charged by the customer's country at the time of import, the customer is solely responsible for the fee of importing goods. Any packages returned due to incorrect address input, failed custom inspection or the refusal to pay duties can be refunded, once returned to us, minus the original shipping cost. 

Returns: Due to the nature of our products and how they are made to order, returns are not accepted on any of our products.

Return Policies:

Once your order is placed we do not offer Refunds or Cancellations.

Our company do not allow any products to be RETURNED unless permitted by us.

If our company shipped the wrong product to you please email sales@madaninaturals.com.

Do not open product, we will examine the product before issuing a credit refund or correct item. If you received the wrong product you have 3 days to return the item from the date USPS dropped the package off.

Once we receive your order, please allow our company 3 business days to resubmit and process your order.

If our company cannot fulfill your order within the 7 business days we will issue a credit refund.

If your order cannot be delivered and we issue you a Refund on your Request, Please Note that You will be charged a 25% Restocking Fee and your shipping fee will also not be refunded.
